Delivery

Collection from Shop

Should you wish to order your sweets and collect them from the shop in Renfrew, please choose the 'Collect from shop' shipping option during checkout.
You must pay online during the checkout process through Paypal, either through your account with them or using your debit/credit card.
Collection from the shop will then be available on production of your checkout receipt.
Please note that this option can only be used if you are going to collect your items from the shop.
 

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

  • Orders up to 1.75Kg will be sent by Royal Mail
  • Orders over 1.5Kg will be sent by courier

We dispatch orders Monday-Friday (working days only). Your sweets should be delivered within 4 working days from the date you ordered.

Royal Mail orders will be sent either by regular Royal Mail post or by Royal Mail's Track and Trace Service. All orders sent by Royal Mail are delivered with your normal daily post. If you have requested that your package be left in a safe place, your Royal Mail post person will endeavour to follow your instructions, but if they believe the item may damaged or that the location is not safe enough they won’t leave it. If they cannot deliver your parcel they will leave a card notifying you and return the parcel to your local sorting office. You can then either collect from the sorting office or contact them directly to arrange redelivery – full details of these options are on the card that’s left. If your order is sent by Track & Trace you will recieve instructions with your dispatch confirmation email on how to track the status of your delivery via the Royal Mail web site.

British Forces Overseas (BFPO)
Please select 'BFPO' from the Country dropdown list when sending to BFPO locations. Due to postage restrictions we are unable to send goods that weigh more than 2kg (1.9kg sweets + package weight) to BFPO addresses.  Please note that sending to Afghanistan is free of change using BFPO

Please can you contact us prior to ordering to confirm the BFPO details.

International Delivery
If you are buying or sending Allmarks Sweets goods outside of the UK we use Royal Mail Air Mail. This is not a trackable service and delivery times vary enormously depending on the destination country. In our experience it can take up to 21 days for some countries.

Due to overseas postage restrictions we are unable to send goods that weigh more than 2kg (1.9kg sweets + package weight) overseas using this service.
