Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax, e-mail or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling to be confirmed
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days depending on the area.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Where special instructions are supplied for the courier or Royal Mail, these instructions are provided at your own risk. You must ensure that this is a safe option for your delivery as we can't take responsibility for orders asked to be left in places for your convenience and not signed for.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, we use the Sagepay Payment Gateway to ensure that all transactions are 100% safe. We hold none of your credit/debit card details as these are all processed by Sagepay.
We guarantee your satisfaction here at Allmark's.We want you to be delighted with your purchase. All our items are hand packed to order and we only send out the very best products in perfect condition. We use sturdy cardboard boxes and where items do not exceed 500g we may use high quality padded envelopes, depending on contents and destination.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you can return your order within 7 working days.
We recommend that for your own protection you use a Signed For service and ask that you include a covering letter outlining you reasons for your dissatisfaction. If you are returning items due to damage in transit or a mistake on our part we will refund your total costs including the return postage.
For customers within the E.U. only if your reason for return is because you have changed your mind we will accept the items back but we will NOT refund the costs you incur for the return postage.In all cases items must be returned in the condition in which they were received and in their original packaging and unopened.If an item appears to be opened and out of its original packaging no refund will be given.
WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF QUALITY RESULTING FROM EXTREMES IN WEATHER, BE IT HEAT, COLD OR WATER INGRESS.
You can of course cancel your order at any time during the ordering process up until your payment has been accepted. Once payment has been accepted the order will be deemed to be a binding contract and the terms for return listed above will need to be adhered to.

Returns Policy Selling Directive
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance .
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition as previously mentioned. Items will not be accepted if they are opened or out of their original packaging.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Bread and other perishable items
Your order will have a 1-2 day delivery and must be delivered by courier to reach you fresh. We will only dispatch bread Monday to Thursday. Weekend delivery by courier is more expensive. Rates on request.
Your money will be refunded (less a £1 admin fee) and the order cancelled if you opt for 1st or 2nd class postage for perishable items.
