1) Browse our Sweet Categories from the left hand menu
2) Click on items you like for more detail
3) Select weight/price option and then quantity on the item and 'add to cart'.
4) Register at Checkout or Checkout as a Guest.
5) Fill in your billing and delivery details
6) Choose your preferred delivery method/cost
7) System switches to Secure Sagepay Server to take payment details. Payments can be made by Paypal, Credit or Debit Card.
8) Your order is complete and we will email you with your details immediately and then process your order and your sweets will be on their way soon.

There are various ways of finding sweets in our online store.
The categories on the left hand menu are a great way of getting to a particular type of sweets, like 'Soft Sweets'. By clicking on the category, you are then shown all the sweets in that category and can browse the pictures till you find what you are looking for.
If you know the name of a specific sweet, you can use our search facility at the top of the online store. Just put in the name of the sweet you are looking for and a list will appear of sweets with that name or a similar name.
When you have found a sweet that you are interested in, click on the name, picture or link at the bottom of the item and it will take you into a more detailed view of that item.
When in the detailed view, you have the option to hover the mouse over the picture for a zoomed view of the item.
When you have seen our great prices and weight options, you'll be wanting to move on to the next section.
To add items to the cart, select any options that are applicable on the item, like weight/price and then choose the quantity that you would like. On items where there are flavour options, these are selected by clicking on the drop down box and selecting your preferred flavours.
Then simply press the 'Add to Cart' button to put the item in your shopping basket.
When you add items to the shopping basket, a confirmation screen appears and you have the option to 'Continue Shopping' or 'Proceed to Checkout'. Continue shopping will take you back to look at more sweets and proceed to checkout will take you to the checkout to buy the items in your basket.
This is just like the checkout in a normal shop, but we do need to know where to send your lovely sweets to, so we need to take a few details.
You have the option to checkout as a Guest or Register.
As a guest, you can checkout without creating an account with us, however there are lots of great advantages to having an account....
An account saves time on your next visit to purchase, as we store your name and address details in your own secure private area. As a registered user, you also have the option to log into you account and see how your order is progressing and see your order history etc. You can also re-order the same items very quickly and easily.
We would recommend that you register an account even just to save time on your next purchase.
Whether you Register or Checkout as Guest, you need to add your billing and delivery details (Name, Address, Postcode etc). All items with a red * beside them are required information.
If you want the items to be delivered to the same address as the billing address, then click the 'I want to ship to this address' tick box and then press the button 'Bill and Ship to this Address'. If you want a seperate address for shipping, this will be prompted for next.
The next stage in the process is to select the shipping option that you would prefer. Depending where you are located and what options we can offer you, you will be given a choice of one or more methods of delivery with the cost of that option.
Select your option and click continue.
You are now presented with the detail of your order and the full cost including delivery.
Here you can also put in any gift certificate code or promotional discount code and there is also the option to add any special requirements or message with the order via the order instructions/comments box at the bottom.
The final stage prior to payment are a couple of quick questions to see whether we can add you to our promotions and mailing list.
Ready to pay? Just click 'Proceed to Payment'
Our payments are accepted through the highly acclaimed and extremely secure Sagepay Payment Gateway. Please note that the Sagepay page that you are taken to is an https:// page, which means that all data is encrypted whilst using their pages.
Firstly you are asked which payment type you would like to use. Click on the appropriate card symbol, whether it be Visa, Mastercard etc, or Paypal.
You will then be asked for your card information (or login details if using paypal). These details are processed electronically by Sagepay and are not held or dealt with by us at any stage.
As part of this process, if your card provider runs the 'Verified by Visa' or 'Mastercard Securecode', these details will also be required for additional security.
On successful authorisation of payment, you will be emailed your order details and given details of your order on-screen if you want to print them out.
