The dark chocolate is not bitter and not too sweet but enrobes the caramel (chewy toffee) with just the right amount of contrast flavor to complement, not overpower or compete with, the toffee. I highly recommend this brand. You may think others are better....but they are not...they're just overpriced. Don't throw your money away with overpriced immitators. Save your money and buy the best. Buchanan's will make your taste buds dance in delight as you satisfy your craving for the best chocolate covered caramel masterpiece!!
