Description

Ross's Butternuts   Scottish Sweets

These are round orange balls called butternuts.

I would say they are a boiling with a hard shell and a soft chewy centre.

They have a buttery taste and no nuts are inside at all.

A lovely sweet made in Scotland. So a true Scottish Classic.

Great as a wedding favour or ideal in sweet buffets. Mainly due to the amazing colours.

Ingredients

sugar,glucose syrup,butter,vanillin colour E110

Arrived in excellent condition. Takes me back to my childhood and asking for a quarter pound at the sweetie shop. Can not get these or the pan drops in England. How I long for home.

Butternuts are the taste of my childhood, I've not had any for about 15 years and so the chance to buy some was a good thing. The shopping experience was spot on in every way. The ordering is easy and the delivery was good.

You were the only supplier who offered these sweets in manageable quantities! They are a surprise for someone who enjoyed them as a child.
