It is a  vanilla fondant covered in a melted chocolate with a roasted coconut coating.

Ingredients;

sugar,glucose syrup, water,soft set icing(sugar,glucose syrup,water,humectant;vegetable glycerine,free range dried egg white, preservative; potassium sorbate)

vanilla flavouring, dark chocolate flavouring coating(sugar, palm oil(palm oil,fully hydrogenated palm oil)

fat reduced cocoa powder(11%),whey powder ( milk), emulsifiers; polyglycerol polyricinoleate, soya lecithins(soybeans), flavouring)

toasted coconut.

    These were delicious and just like I remembered from my youth. I have only had Lee's bars before but these were just as good.

    This is so gorgeous! The vanilla cream is VERY creamy, and the whole thing takes me back to my childhood. The funny thing is, this is the only way I'll have coconut, I cannot stand it in anything else!

    Macaroon bar usually means Lees, as this is a present for someone, I haven't been able to sample it although the temption is there,594
